Vocalora stores your account, credit ledger, payment references, and uploaded audio so a job can be processed and downloaded.

Audio files stay on a private disk. Another customer cannot open them. Files are removed when the retention window ends if cleanup is enabled.

Payment details are confirmed with Paystack. Vocalora stores the provider reference, amount, currency, channel, and status. It does not store card numbers or mobile-money PINs.
