What the vocal remover does

Vocalora takes one audio file and prepares two stems from it: the vocal, and the instrumental that remains. The original upload stays on the project. Removing the vocal does not delete the song or generate a new composition.

This is useful when you want to practice a part, study a performance, or place a new vocal over the backing. It is not a claim that every mix will separate perfectly. Dense harmonies, spoken words, and heavy effects can leave some of the voice in the instrumental, or some of the backing in the vocal.

How to remove vocals from a song

Add a file you can use

Create an account and open the studio. Upload MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, AAC, OGG, AIFF, or AIF. The file must be within the published limits, currently 40 MB and 10 minutes. You need the right to process the recording.

Confirm the credit cost

The server reads the length and shows the credit price before any separation starts. A song of up to 1 minute costs 50 credits. A song longer than 2 minutes costs 100 credits. The price between 1 and 2 minutes stays unpublished until an administrator sets it, and that job cannot be confirmed while the price is empty.

Play and download the stems

When the job finishes, the vocal and the instrumental are on the same project. You can play each file on its own. Starting one player pauses the others. Stems are delivered as WAV. Opening the project again does not charge a second separation.

Who it helps

Singers use the instrumental to rehearse. Producers lift a vocal for a remix or keep the backing under a new performance. Editors drop either file into a video or a live set. Each project stays private to the account that uploaded it.
